If you search google maps I slept right where it marks ‘Silver Island Mountains Backcountry Byway’. The road can be rough in spots but fine for 2wd as long as not flooded I’d say. Little spots to pull off the road into other little spots. Not amenities, but free camping and people bring RV’s so those are fine to fit as well. Nearby to a little city and lots of great hiking and exploring all around!
