JFS operates San Diego's Safe Parking lots on behalf of the city, with overnight spaces, restrooms and case management.

Intake and eligibility screening required. Safe Parking lots are housing-services programs, not public campgrounds. Almost every site requires intake, an eligibility screening, a valid driver's licence, registration and insurance, and a reservation. Never just show up and park. Informational only - rules change and enforcement varies. Always verify posted signs and current local ordinances.
