New Beginnings runs the longest-established Safe Parking program in the country, with overnight lots across Santa Barbara County plus rapid-rehousing support.

Requires a valid driver's licence, registration and insurance, plus enrolment through New Beginnings. Safe Parking lots are housing-services programs, not public campgrounds. Almost every site requires intake, an eligibility screening, a valid driver's licence, registration and insurance, and a reservation. Never just show up and park.
